Name
Immunity Support with Medicinal Teas
Description
Let your food be your medicine and your medicine be your food” – Hippocrates.
One of the simplest forms of creating herbal medicine is making tea infusions and simple syrups. In this workshop we will make 3 products: elderberry syrup, winter blooms syrup, and winter blooms herbal tea. We will use a combination of, Elderberries, Mullen, Yarrow, Golden Seal, Echinacea, Cinnamon, Cloves, and Ginger.
We will focus on these herbs to support and rebuild the immune system, and we will learn to make cough/cold syrup for our families and a self-stable immune support tonic. We will also make a loose-leaf herbal tea with these herbs. Each of these products are safe for adults and children. Registration will close Wednesday, January 18th.
*Please advise if there are any cinnamon or ginger allergies before class*
