Salsa Gardening

Description

Summer's not officially over until September 23rd, so there is no reason not to make plans to enjoy the fresh bold flavors of summer all fall and winter long.  In this class, participants will plant an herb container garden using herbs that are commonly found in different salsas.  Then, we'll switch gears from gardeners to culinary explorers and create 2-3 salsas for sampling.  A complimentary glass of wine, or water, will be provided to cleanse one's palate while participants enjoy the fruits of their labor and socialize.
