Description
The longleaf pine forest once thrived on 90 millin acres from Virginia to Texas! Today, only a small percentage of this imperiled ecosystem remains. Enjoy some informal discussion and discover more about this amazing tree, the important role it played historically across the South, and the exciting conservation activities currently underway in the Chattahoochee Valley to restore and manage this forest for future generations to enjoy.

This event is free to the public, but Pre-Registration is Required.
