We are taking Wellness to a new level of enjoyment with approachable Yoga retreats in the beautiful setting of Callaway Gardens! We are offering a series of weekend retreats along with some individual Saturday sessions.
This series of weekends are purposefully designed to be welcoming to all levels – beginners of Yoga, novices to Wellness practices, and those curious about retreats – while providing a perfect destination to get-away from the daily grind and focus on your number one asset: your healthy well-being!
Certified Instructor, Amy Fendley, leads attendees through a multi-day retreat agenda she created to be especially for “everybody’s body”. No level of expertise is required to attend, only a willingness to learn and explore a path to wellness through Yoga and its teachings.
